When you place an order
During checkout, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. An email address is optional and used only for order updates if provided. This information is used solely to fulfil your order — to process payment, arrange delivery, and confirm your purchase.
When you submit an enquiry
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, and the details you provide in your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not add enquiry contacts to any mailing list.
When you contact us via WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, any information you share in that conversation is used only to respond to your query. WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
How payment data is handled
All payments on this website are processed by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. Your payment details — card number, UPI ID, net banking credentials, and wallet information — are entered directly into Razorpay’s secure payment interface and are never seen or stored by WGAN Farms. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
On completion of a payment, we receive only a payment confirmation reference from Razorpay, along with the delivery details you provided at checkout.

Browser storage

This data stays on your device and is cleared when you remove items from your cart or clear your browser data.
After a successful order, a brief order summary is stored in your browser’s session storage to display your confirmation page. This is cleared automatically once you view the confirmation.
Cookies and tracking
WGAN Farms does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or behavioural tracking of any kind. We do not place tracking cookies.
Google Fonts, which this site uses for typography, may result in a connection to Google’s servers when you load a page. This is a standard technical effect of loading externally hosted fonts.
Data retention
We retain your order and enquiry information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above — order fulfilment, customer support, and legal record-keeping. We do not hold personal data for marketing purposes.
