About our products
WGAN Farms sells natural, agricultural food products — dry red chillies and spice powders sourced directly from farming regions in South India.
Natural food products vary between batches and harvest seasons. Colour depth, heat intensity, pod size, and aroma can differ between supply batches even within the same variety. Product specifications — including indicative heat ranges (SHU) and colour values (ASTA) — are representative of the variety and not a guaranteed specification for every batch. This variation is inherent to natural, additive-free produce and is not a product defect.
Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The price at the time you complete your order is the price that applies to that order. We will not retroactively increase the price of a confirmed order.
In the rare case of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will inform you promptly if this occurs.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and supported wallets. Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are not stored by WGAN Farms.
Order acceptance
After payment, your order is reviewed and processed by our team for fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the following circumstances:
- A product becomes unavailable after your order is placed
- A pricing error is identified
- We are unable to verify or process your payment
- We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or in breach of these terms
If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Product availability
Our products are sourced seasonally in small batches. Availability may change without prior notice. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss options — including a delayed dispatch, an alternative where appropriate, or a refund.
Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹499. Delivery is via courier to all major cities across India.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details — name, address, pin code, and phone number — at the time of ordering. WGAN Farms is not responsible for non-delivery or delay resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the products you order are suitable for your intended use. Our product descriptions are provided in good faith to help you make an informed choice.

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, blog posts, photographs, the WGAN Farms logo, and site design — is owned by or licensed to WGAN FARMS Private Limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or your orders are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
